Prices are starting rates for a maintained home in the five boroughs; your final quote is confirmed after a few quick details. A “room” means each bedroom, living room, or office. The Reset
Standard post-event reset to get the room turned and ready for the next day.
Includes: trash & recycling removal, floors swept & mopped, restrooms sanitized, surfaces & bar wiped, furniture reset.
The Overnight
A full overnight turnaround so the doors open spotless, built for big nights and back-to-back bookings.
Everything in The Reset, plus: deep floor care, full restroom deep sanitize, bar & prep-area detail, spills & stains treated, complete staging for open.
The Standing Reservation
For venues with a regular calendar, a dedicated reset partnership instead of one-off bookings.
Includes: priority scheduling, a locked per-event rate, the same dedicated crew each time, and a single point of contact for your event manager.
Volume and multi-venue rates available. Book a walkthrough and you'll get a fixed bid for your space.
