Crew Scheduling & Dispatch Policy
All cleanup crews are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
While VIP Members may receive priority scheduling, crew availability cannot be guaranteed until a booking has been confirmed.
For weekend events or high-demand dates, we strongly recommend submitting service requests at least 48 hours in advance to ensure crew availability.
Scope of Work
Standard service includes post-event cleanup and venue reset based on the information provided at the time of booking.
Specialized cleaning requirements must be disclosed when submitting your request to ensure accurate pricing and proper equipment dispatch.
Examples of specialized services include, but are not limited to:
• exterior pressure washing
• biohazard cleanup (blood, vomit, or bodily fluids)
• confetti cannon removal
• excessive debris or damage
• construction materials or renovation debris
Additional fees may apply for services outside the standard scope of work.
Venue Access Requirements
A venue representative, manager, or authorized security personnel must be present to provide access to the property at the scheduled start time.
Cleanup crews are instructed to wait a maximum of 20 minutes for entry. If access is not granted within this time window, the service may be considered missed or subject to rescheduling fees.
Service Area & Venue Size
Base service pricing includes standard cleanup for venues up to 2,500 square feet.
Spaces exceeding this size may require additional labor and supplies. A standard surcharge of:
$0.15 per additional square foot
may be applied for areas beyond the base service coverage.
This adjustment may be calculated during an initial walkthrough or verified using property records when necessary.
Event Size Adjustments
Cleanup pricing may vary depending on the scale of the event and guest attendance.
0–40 guests — Standard package pricing
41–80 guests — Additional $100 service adjustment
81–120 guests — Additional $200 service adjustment
121+ guests — Custom service quote required
These adjustments account for increased cleanup time, trash volume, and labor requirements.
Late Night Service Fees
Events ending late may require additional scheduling and staffing adjustments.
Before 10:00 PM — Standard pricing
10:00 PM – Midnight — Additional $50 late-night fee
Midnight – 2:00 AM — Additional $100 late-night fee
Late-night service availability may vary depending on crew scheduling.
Emergency & Rush Service
Last-minute or emergency cleanup requests may incur an additional $100 rush service fee, depending on crew availability and scheduling requirements.
Emergency service requests are prioritized based on crew availability.
Minimum Service Requirement
Morning After Cleaners maintains a minimum service booking requirement of $350 for all cleanup services.
Condition of Premises
Morning After Cleaners provides post-event reset services based on the expected condition of the property described during booking.
If the condition of the property upon arrival substantially exceeds the expected level of cleaning, additional charges may apply.
Examples of excessive conditions include:
• extreme trash accumulation
• biohazards such as vomit, blood, or bodily fluids
• broken glass or hazardous debris
• vandalism or property damage
• severe staining requiring specialized equipment
• construction materials or renovation debris
• pest or infestation concerns
If such conditions are encountered, the crew may temporarily pause service to notify the client and provide an updated service estimate before continuing work.
Morning After Cleaners reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions pose a health or safety risk to staff.
Pre-Existing Damage Disclaimer
Morning After Cleaners is not responsible for damage that existed prior to service.
Clients are encouraged to notify the crew of any fragile items, existing damage, or sensitive surfaces before cleaning begins.
While our team takes great care during service, the company cannot be held liable for pre-existing wear, structural issues, or previously damaged fixtures or materials.
Pricing Confirmation
All service pricing is based on the information provided during booking.
Final pricing adjustments may be confirmed prior to service or upon initial assessment of the property to ensure accurate scope and labor allocation.
